    The current application has an old interface without a consistent Design System such as icon pack and components.

    Even though the application has many useful tools and tests, that encourage users to subscribe, their flow doesn't let the user find or even know about all the features.

    Some parts of the application haven't a good Information Architecture to attract or control eye-catching.

    Some features weren't grouping well and it made the user confused.

    The Stakeholders wanted a new version of the application that has a modern, eye-catching, and clean interface. The important features become bolder, and the users have better accessibility while using the application.

The value that I made

I worked on Yekzan, a period and pregnancy tracker for Iranian women. We wanted to redesign it, making it more modern and eye-catching based on current trends. Most of the tasks came from the product manager and stakeholders. Since it was an agile project and they wanted to develop it quickly, I designed an advanced UI kit. This helped reduce the time needed for design tasks, increased our delivery speed, and allowed us to meet all our deadlines.

In addition to designing the UI kit, I wrote documents for both designers and developers to make it easier to understand and use. I also helped redesign the entire application with two other designers. I made sure the design was always in sync and updated with the kit, followed Figma's auto-layout feature, and adhered to our design principles.
